Lead times and delivery
We would rather lose the order than miss your exhibition date. Here is what the calendar actually looks like, counted in working days from the moment you approve the proof.

You approve the proof
Nothing is produced before this. The clock starts here, not at the order.
- Days 1-3
Print and cut
Dye-sublimation onto B1 fabric, silicone edge sewn on, frame cut to your dimensions.
- Days 4-20
Consolidation and transit
The long leg. This is where an ocean shipment differs from an air shipment.
- Days 21-25
Customs and inbound
Import clearance into the EU, then onward to you or to the venue.
- Day 25-35
It arrives
To your address, or to the exhibition floor at your stand number.
03Options
Rush
10-14 working days. Air freight, subject to confirmation and additional cost. We confirm feasibility before you commit.
Rental
Usually inside 10 working days. Frame from stock, fabric printed for you. The route that most often saves a tight date.
Floor delivery
Add 140 EUR. Delivered to the hall on your build-up day, to your stand number.

Working days, subject to confirmation and extra cost.
We do not confirm a date we are not confident of. If your exhibition is too close for a purchase, we will say so and quote the rental instead, even though it is the smaller order.
