What does an illuminated exhibition wall cost?+

A single-sided 300 × 250 cm wall starts at €1,295 excluding VAT, including frame and fabric. Renting the same wall for one exhibition starts at €575 excluding VAT. Published prices are starting prices for the standard configuration; artwork, add-ons, rush production and delivery outside the Benelux are quoted on top, and your quotation fixes the final figure.

How long does delivery take?+

Allow 25–35 working days after artwork approval. A 10–14 working day rush service may be available at additional cost. We never confirm an exhibition date we cannot meet.

Does a three-metre wall fit in a car?+

Yes. The 300 × 250 cm wall packs into a 175 x 24 x 137 cm case and weighs 22.5 kg. It fits in an estate car with the rear seats folded.

Do I need a B1 certificate?+

Almost always in German exhibition halls; in the Netherlands it depends on the organiser. Our fabrics are B1 under DIN 4102-1 and the certificate is supplied. The certificate covers the fabric, not an entire stand or venue approval.

Can I replace the fabric later?+

Yes. Keep the aluminium frame and order a new printed fabric for the next campaign. That costs a fraction of a new wall.
